If you fail to pass KYC verification, you will not be able to continue using our services.
There are two KYC stages. The first takes place when you reach the funded stage, where you must sign your contract and complete identity verification through Veriff.com. The second happens before your first payout, where you will need to complete a separate KYC process with riseworks.io.
If you fail verification at any point with either third-party provider, you will be immediately disqualified from any active challenges, and further access to our services will be restricted. Please note that we are not responsible for the decisions made by these third-party KYC providers.
