To protect the integrity of the Eleonex platform and ensure fair participation for all traders, each trading account must be accessed and operated exclusively by its registered account owner using their own personal devices.
The use of shared mobile phones, tablets, desktop computers, laptops, virtual machines (VMs), or other devices that are accessed by multiple traders is strictly prohibited.
Eleonex continuously monitors device identifiers, login activity, and account associations as part of its security and compliance procedures. If multiple trading accounts are found to be accessed from the same device, or if device activity indicates account sharing, coordinated trading, or unauthorized third-party access, the affected accounts may be subject to review.
If Eleonex determines that a trader has accessed or operated their account using a shared device, or has allowed another individual to access their account, Eleonex may, at its sole discretion:
Request additional identity or ownership verification.
Reject any pending reward or payout request.
Suspend or restrict trading activity.
Terminate the account.
Permanently remove the trader from the Eleonex program.
The use of shared devices is considered a serious breach of the Eleonex Trading Rules and may result in immediate action to protect the integrity of the platform.
If you need to change or replace your primary trading device, we recommend notifying the Eleonex Support Team in advance to help avoid unnecessary account reviews.
